CONTRACT BONDS UNDER $350,000 single $500,000 aggregate

For clients whose surety credit needs are minimal, and when needed, does not exceed $350,000 single/$500,000 aggregate complete the FAST FORM and send to [email protected]

Once reviewed you will receive an indemnity agreement to sign and return.  The surety company will run a credit report as part of their underwriting.  Typically a $30 per thousand flat rate will apply.

CONTRACT BONDS OVER $350,000 single or more frequently needed bonds

For clients whose surety credit needs exceed $350,000 single level or require more frequent bonds, complete the Credit File Check List to establish a surety credit line.  The Check List outlines the required underwriting tools used to market and place your surety needs.

We will market your surety account to establish the best rates, capacity and working program.  Blank copies and samples are provided to assist with completing the check list.  If some items are not available list the reason and return with the completed list to [email protected]
